This BigPack replaces everything between the turbo outlet and the throttle body, hence the drastic improvement in airflow and cooling performance.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe do88 performance intercooler is an all-aluminium construction. With CAD-designed, flow optimised cast end tanks along with an optimised core design, it achieves the best possible cooling efficiency combined with the lowest possible pressure drop!\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe pressure pipes are manufactured in 2,5`mandrel bent seamless aluminium pipes.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eCustom made high quality silicone hoses with 4 layers of polyester\/aramid reinforcement. These hoses can handle very high temperature and pressure!\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eAlways remember that the OEM intercooler was designed for the power level that the car was built for originally. A power increase or even very hard use of the car in standard version, may cause the OEM intercooler to fail to have the performance required. So even after an engine software tune the do88 BigPack will give a performance increase over the OEM intercooler!\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eA common misunderstanding is that an intercooler installed in this position cannot provide good performance and that a front mounted intercooler \/ FMIC would be much better.
