They give 13 cm adjustment forward and 12 cm back.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe runners have a 31.5 cm hole spacing front to back and the side to side hole measures at 40.5 cm. This width can be manipulated by a few cm by bending the handle a little, which is needed for the B8, B9 and XL seats.
