At ML Performance, we are working hard to fulfil your orders as fast as possible. Most in-stock items orders are processed within 24 hours. Subject to Availability.
The estimated lead time for dispatch is displayed on the product page, should there be any delay we will write to you at the earliest opportunity to inform you of the estimated lead time.
An order update email containing the estimated dispatch date will also be sent after an order is placed to inform when you could expect your order to be dispatched.

We can certainly accept a return if the part is unused and is returned in its original packaging. Simply write to us within 14 days of receiving your item to notify us with your intend to cancel or exchange. A full refund will be issued, once we have received the item back in an unused condition, and in its original packaging. We will be unable to accept a return if the item has been used or not in its original packaging. The above does not apply to special order items.
We will process the return and refund once we receive it and inspect it. Refunds usually taking about 3-5 days to be processed.
When returning your order, please ensure you pack it carefully, include a note of your order number and name and purchase the necessary insurance to cover the value of the goods, as we will not be able to accept a return if the item is damaged during the return delivery.

However, If you are unsure whether or not a certain component is compatible with your car, feel free to send a query to info@mlperformanceusa.com or though our online chat together with your vehicle's VIN or license plate so that we can check for you.
For items that are "Available on Stock Order", we will be ordering from our suppliers on set dates therefore there is a lead time involved.
You can simply download your invoice/receipt in pdf format using the link within your order confirmation email.
