As part of our expanding Ford platform product range, AIRTEC Motorsport is proud to launch our induction kit for the Transit Custom Euro 6 fitted with the 2.0-litre TDCi engine (2017 to 2023).

Developed in-house at AIRTEC HQ in the UK, weve created a comprehensive solution to improving the vehicles original air intake system to allow more flow whilst maintaining low intake temperatures, improving response, as well as sound and aesthetics within the engine bay.

Having previously designed a number of induction kits for other vehicles including commercials, we were keen to develop an extensive intake package for the Transit Euro 6 model to offer significant improvements.

The kit features a large, free-flowing cotton air filter, replacement intake pipe, Pro Hoses silicone connector and laser cut two-piece shield and mounting plate, all finished in a high quality and long lasting powder coat black finish. To ensure the new air filter suffers less with heat soak issues from the confines of the engine bay, the heat shield complete with AIRTEC logo provides a barrier from the heat of the engine. It also utilises the original air feed to provide a constant source of fresh air.

The result is improved throttle response, a noticeable amount of heightened induction noise and a more pleasing look under the bonnet.

A direct replacement kit that requires no additional drilling or cutting to fit by using the original mountings, it comes complete with all the correct fixtures and fittings, as well as detailed instructions, which allows the fitting process to take approximately 45 minutes.
