This is AIRTEC Motorsport Fiesta RS Turbo Stage1 Single Pass Front Mount Intercooler

The AIRTEC Motorsport Fiesta RS Turbo Stage1 Single Pass Front Mount Intercooler is the first intercooler of its kind that does not require cutting your front bumper to fit. It has been tested at Torque of the Devil rolling road on 24/05/08, and the results of the test can be found below.

This intercooler is available in Natural Silver or Pro-Series Satin Black finish. It is designed for the Fiesta RS Turbo and comes with an 11? Italian blower fan for maximum performance.

The single pass design of this intercooler allows for better cooling efficiency and no boost pressure loss compared to twin pass designs. The core runs top to bottom, allowing the cooling core to be lined up side by side.

Torque of the Devil rolling road test results on a standard Fiesta Turbo running 7 PSI:

• 4.5 BHP increase compared to standard, indicating improved airflow
• 11 Ibs/ft of torque increase compared to standard
• 53 degree drop in ACT temperature, with intake temperature at 79 deg C and outlet temperature at 26 deg C

Fitting this intercooler may take approximately 2-3 hours, depending on tools and mechanical skill. It comes with a full fitting kit and instructions. Only the lower front panel of your bumper will need to be cut to fit this intercooler.
