This is AIRTEC Motorsport Intercooler Upgrade for Fiat 500 Abarth with Automatic Paddle Shift Gearbox

As part of our expanding Fiat 500 product range, AIRTEC Motorsport is proud to launch our intercooler upgrade for the Fiat 500 Abarth with automatic paddle shift gearbox. This upgrade offers increased performance by reducing charge temperatures compared to the original intercooler, making it particularly beneficial for remapped examples.

Our solution replaces and improves the OEM twin intercooler setup and lengthy pipework behind the bumper assembly. The high flow, single-pass core design of our intercooler is wider, taller, and deeper than the originals, resulting in a massive increase in frontal area and capacity. This allows it to maximize the airflow provided and improve turbo spool time and throttle response. Despite these improvements, the kit fits neatly behind the original bumper without the need for trimming or cutting, and can be easily reverted back to standard if desired. The comprehensive fitting kit includes all the necessary fixtures and fittings.

The intercooler is available in a Pro-Series Black finish, with or without the AIRTEC logo.

DYNO TESTED
Tested at AmD Tuning rolling road with a Fiat 500 Abarth automatic

Standard intercooler:
Run 1: 75 degrees into the intercooler and 40 degrees out of the intercooler
Run 2: 73 degrees into the intercooler and 42 degrees out of the intercooler

AIRTEC Motorsport intercooler:
Run 1: 64 degrees into the intercooler and 19 degrees out of the intercooler
Run 2: 67 degrees into the intercooler and 20 degrees out of the intercooler
Run 3: 69 degrees into the intercooler and 21 degrees out of the intercooler
