In addition to the exterior and interior updates, Volkswagen has replaced the 6-Speed DSG transmission with a 7-Speed DSG. The 3" diameter system flows into dual 2.25" tail pipes on each muffler assembly. Includes a 3.0" O.D. x 2.5" O.D. x 6.63" long adapter for clamp on installation to the stock exhaust system. Do not use the adapter for a full 3" inlet. The S-Type system provides a sporty sound and accentuates the deceleration burble and DSG "pops" when shifting gears.
