Description

Aluminium option:

The BMW Performance aluminium strut bar connects the two spring struts on the front axle. This reduces the torsional movements during cornering and contributes to a better driving behavior. Modern aluminum lightweight construction makes it possible for this advantage to have little effect on the vehicle weight.

Carbon option:

Carbon has long been an integral part of motor sport. This fascinating material also plays a decisive role in the BMW Performance product line. For example in the form of the BMW Performance strut brace carbon. Almost without any additional weight, it joins the two front spring struts and thus contributes to the stiffening of the bodywork. The result is a much more precise driving behavior as well as reduced torsional movements in bends.
