This custom and performance item swaps out the stock engine cover. The engine compartment's interior can be made more opulent by using twill weave carbon. To provide the same sound insulation performance as the stock, the sound insulation material installed on the stock cover's tail can be transferred. Compared to the factory engine cover, the HKS engine cover is made to reduce turbulence in the engine compartment. The test's findings (Figure 1) proved that the HKS engine cover permits more fresh air to move at the same speed between the head and tail of the hood than the stock engine cover.
