The Precision Raceworks MK7 EA888 gen 3 port injection kit is a necessity to safely and sufficiently support the power levels of upgraded turbo's.  This kit includes everything needed to add multi-port injection to your factory manifold and is 100% e85 compliant.  We include 100% new genuine Bosch injectors all of which are flow matched by an outside lab and come with detailed certification giving you all the flow data needed for optimal tuning.  In addition the included injectors have a spray pattern which has been modified to our proprietary specs designed specifically for the EA888 engine as off the shelf injectors and those offered by other companies have wide spray patterns that have been known to cause damage to the engines.  The complete kit integrates seamlessly into your car like it left from the factory with it installed, right down to full ecu control through our direct pin in wire harness.

• 925CC OR 1300CC GENUINE BOSCH INJECTORS
  Converts the factory injection system to a true, dual, MPI and GDI setup, with large enough injectors standard to support 500whp and optional 1200cc injectors to support 700+whp

• BILLET ALUMINUM FUEL RAIL
  The billet aluminum fuel rail features large AN6 input and output port and will not crack and leak like plastic fuel rails available from ROW cars.

• HIGHER FLOWING INTAKE VALVES
  From the factory the US spec cars have a severe issue with carbon build up on the intake valves, this buildup gets worse and worse over time restricting the flow and reducing the size of the intake ports on the head.  This issue is greatly reduced through the addition of port injection as the spray of gasoline over the valves and intake port continually removes carbon deposits and prevents carbon buildup
  

• FACTORY ECU INTEGRATION
  Control of our port injection system ties directly into the factory ecu just like it came on the car from the factory.  Part of achieving this is done through the included plug and play harness which connects to all required sensors and injectors and pins directly into the ECU connector and fuse box just like the other harnesses in the car already
  

• MOUNTING HARDWARE

  All necessary mounting hardware is included and meet or exceed OEM requirements to ensure your kit will fit, look, and function for years to come

PI Overview

While the system is essentially plug-and-play with the included mounting hardware and wiring harnesses, the factory ECU is incapable of controlling the new setup without proper tuning to enable the port injection and tweak the port injection to match your needs.There are several tuners around the world with the ability to modify the factory engine management system to operate with both MPI and GDI injectors. If you need help locating a tuner in your area please contact us and we will do our  best to match you up with one.  We do know there is a growing list and major companies on the market are getting on board with offering control of port injection through their consumer available tuning solutions.
