One of the VAG group companies Audi really became noticed as producers of performance road cars in the early 80's with their release of the legendary Audi Ur Quattro, the world's first all-wheel drive turbo production car. This was a real game changer which went on to win numerous world rally championships and sowed the seeds for their future high performance road cars. Scorpion has a heritage of producing high quality performance exhausts for these legends of the 80's through to the highly sought-after performance models available currently.

Our leading technicians have developed a 70mm / 2.75" half system for the 4.0L twin turbo charged V8 Audi RS7 C7. Our precision engineered systems are fabricated using CNC Mandrel bent large bore design which permits maximum performance by allowing a greater flow of exhaust gas, combine this with our premium high-thermal-tolerance T304 "aerospace" grade stainless steel construction that will endure through the harshest of conditions.

Two variants have been developed, a resonated version that is perfectly suited for those wanting a more civilised performance tone that can be better suited for daily driving and a non-resonated option for the all-out Scorpion soundtrack! Fitting seamlessly with Audi's OEM front resonated section. For those looking to further enhance their driving experience by unleashing the all-out V8 soundtrack of their RS7, Scorpion offers front resonator delete flex pipes which means buyers can upgrade their vehicles exhaust in stages.

The system has been developed with a high flow profile and acoustic rear silencer to eliminate drone while enhancing peak performance all without compromising on the unrivalled sound of Scorpion system which creates the thundering V8 soundtrack. Our system gives the car a measurable reduction in weight when compared to the OE system this is an improvement that cannot be understated when machine meets road weight reduction is a key component of performance. 

The half system comes fitted with our electronic valve plate to easily open and close the valves using the OEM actuator which works within the OEM ECU parameters. Closing the valves will give you a much quieter yet still deep tone from the Scorpion system, perfect for those long cruising drives, open the valves up however and you will hear the 70mm high flow half system to its fullest potential.
