This Stanley Sliding Bevel has a Hardwood stock, and brass ends with wing nut adjustment for quick blade setting. The offset slot in the blade enables a line to be drawn its full length the full length without interference from the stock. This Stanley impliment is used for transferring angles from one piece of work to the other.
