The Yaris GR is a must-have performance car and has already proven popular with tuning enthusiasts who want to take full advantage of the Yaris GR's motorsport genes. As we did with our oil cooler kit (248695). we looked at the weak points of the Yaris GR engine. discovering the relatively poorly designed crankcase ventilation. This of course has consequences at the latest with power increases. so the crankcase pressure increases with increasing combustion pressure (and wear of the piston rings). This can lead to increased oil vapors and oil deposits in the intake area. intercooler. compressor housing. intake manifold. etc. The result is poor combustion. rough idle. loss of power and an increased risk of knock.

Therefore. TurboZentrum has developed a plug & play Ol Catch Can Kit. This oil catch tank kit provides filtration of oil vapors using a Nuke Performance 0.75 liter carbon catch can. Thanks to -10 AN / Dash 10 hoses. fittings and the state-of-the-art filtration technology inside the Nuke Performance Catch Tank. oil vapors and mist are filtered so that only clean. oil-free air is returned to the intake system. The kit is especially well suited for performance GR Yaris engines and models that are "sporty" in everyday driving or on the race track.

This kit includes all components for mounting on the Toyota GR Yaris. Catch tank. bracket. fittings. hoses. hose clamps. screws. etc. We have used only high quality components from reputable manufacturers. The oil catch can is from Nuke Performance and is partly made of carbon for a perfect motorsport look and the fittings and hoses are from Red Horse Performance in the USA.

Unlike other suppliers. our oil catch can kit has a volume of 0.75 liters and is thus more than adequately sized. plus a well-located installation site in the engine compartment. With other manufacturers. the catch tank is difficult to access and have a very small volume. Also. the filter technology inside is not nearly as good as the Nuke Performance models.

The kit consists of:

• Nuke Performance Oil Catch Can 0.75L "Carbon" version
• TurboZentrum CNC mashined bracket for mounting the catch tank
• Dash 10 fittings. adapters and hose holders
• Silicone hoses and hose clamps
• Reinforced hydraulic hoses with steel core and nylon lagging (in one piece. must be cut yourself!)
• Screws and washers

Note:
To install the oil catch can. the engine cover must be machined slightly on the inside.
Length of hose from cylinder head valve cover vent to catch tank = 70cm. length of hose from catch tank to inlet port on turbocharger intake hose = 85cm.

Note 2: It is the responsibility after installation to check all plugs. nozzles. clamps. fittings and all other connections to make sure they are properly tightened before operating the vehicle. We recommend that you check all connections at regular intervals. especially during the first few miles after an installation.
