Larger intercooler for engine setups rated up to 500H.P The 62mm thick intercooler core provides significantly improved cooling capability compared to many other intercoolers.
The intercooler is being hand welded in house. It is based upon a BOOST products HF Fin-and-Tube style intercooler core. which provides superior cooling abilities while still being lighter than Bar-and-Plate cores. Our welder has more than 10 years of experience in welding aluminum. ensuring highest quality Made in Germany. Our welding seams do not crack at 3bar!
In order to fit this intercooler the hoses have to be customized. The temperature sensor has to be displaced and the arresting hook removed. Overall with little effort an almost Plug and Play installation can be realized.
