We are proud to introduce you to the VRSF 3" Stainless Steel Catless Downpipes for the N54 535i & 535xi. These 3" downpipes are the best value downpipes available on the market, with gains from 25hp & 30tq when tuned. By eliminating the restrictive catalytic converters in the factory downpipes, back pressure is reduced significantly which results in faster spool, an increase in power & a more aggressive exhaust note.

Rather than necking down closer to the turbos like most of the downpipes on the market, the VRSF 3" catless downpipe feature a full 3" design up to the 2.5" flange which allows an increase of flow. The VRSF 3" downpipes are hand crafted from SS304 stainless steel and includes the VRSF lifetime warranty, which includes fitment & defects. Grade 12 installation hardware and gaskets are also included with the purchase.

VRSF also offer ceramic coating services on these utilising Cerakote High Temperature Ceramic coating, made to withstand temperatures up to 1800 °F. Please note that while VRSF do offer a lifetime warranty on the downpipes, VRSF only offer a 1 year warranty on the ceramic coating services due to the nature of the product.

We now offer the BMS BMW N54 JB4 Tuning Box which will allow you to remove the check engine light when installing catless downpipes.
