By eliminating the factory PCV system, this valve cover allows full customization of your PCV setup. It is also fully modular, meaning it seamlessly integrates with all VTT PCV fittings, breather options, and accessories.

Built from aircraft-grade aluminum, powder-coated in three bold colors, and fully baffled to prevent unwanted oil escape, this cover is a must-have for N54 owners seeking longevity, reliability, and performance.

-¸ Compatibility Notes:

-¸ This cover may not fit with your engine cover, depending on your setup. It is designed to be run without an engine cover.
-¸ The stainless breather or vacuum relief will NOT fit on the front ORB port, as it will not clear the hood.

🛠- Installation & Important Notes:

-¸ Tightening Specs:

  • Hand-tighten, warm up the engine, then re-tighten by hand.
  • Do NOT overtighten, as this can crack the valve cover due to its placement on the gasket.

-¸ PCV System Considerations:

  • Switching to an aluminum valve cover removes the factory PCV system.
  • If you do not replace it with an external PCV setup, your N54 may experience smoking or oil bypassing.
  • At minimum, we highly recommend an external low-side PCV setup to create crankcase vacuum at idle-this helps with turbo draining and overall engine function.
  • Blocking the head ports is advised-this relieves pressure on the gasket, preventing boost from entering the crankcase.
