The Wagner Tuning intercooler an amazing 85% larger flow area compared to the factory radiator. This means more fresh air for your engine and a noticeable increase in performance.our kit offers an amazing 90% more charge air volume than the stock cooler. This leads to improved combustion and ultimately more power and efficiency. Despite its impressive size, our intercooler weighs only 8.6 kg. The end boxes of the cooler are made of cast aluminium and have been optimised with the help of flow analysis in the CFD system. This guarantees optimum air flow and minimizes back pressure. Our Competition high-performance intercooler core is a high-quality tube-fin core with internal turbulators, which ensures excellent cooling properties. All our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with excellent heat conduction properties to ensure long-lasting and optimal cooling. Our kit is designed for easy installation and is a plug-and-play upgrade. You can continue to use your original charge air hoses, making installation even easier.
